I believe I have mis-bought one of your defective products and would like to request a full refund plus compensation.
The container is the new “convenient model” which is 2-feet high and cost $8.95. On Monday, the vase was filled with grape juice and the leak on its cause the liquid to cover the entire table. The grape juice completely ruined our 35$ white table clothes and put an end to our party.
Because I was mis-sold this product, I wish to request a full refund and a compensation for our table clothes, which is 45$ in total
If I don't receive a satisfactory response within 28 days, I will pursuit it on Customer Organization.
