Last month, I had an opportunity to work in collaborative team in leadership course and this give me a lot of experience.
One of my best experiences is how to improve my skills. No one can be an expert manager, reporter or making a good slice for presentation so that I learned many useful skills. Each of my team members had different ability, one could speak loudly and confidentially, the other had a lot of idea and computer skill to make a good slice. When I worked with them, I had many experiences about this.
Beside that I also had some bad experience and the experience that I consider the worst one is interpersonal conflict. Some time, in the collaborative team conflicts happen and they can hurt working relationship. We had too much idea and some people always think their ideas are so perfect. Therefore, we disagree with each other and that why conflict is probably my worst experience. Although conflict is the bad thing, we had too much idea base on these conflicts. Luckily, we figured out the best idea, managed the conflicts and had a good grade in collaborative team.

Beside that, in line 17 , i think you should use " many" because "too much" seems negative
