Exercise 2 ( chapter 4, page 61, Doãn Hà Tiên)

When I collaborate with our team, I have some best and worst experience.

For me some of my best experience:

- getting nearly perfect score for our team presentation about leadership.

- sharing my feeling with my team.

And some worst experience:

- get a very small score for our group presentation about product law on math 217.

- I feel disappointed about our team when we cannot complete out task before the deadline. (Only on the first time I collaborate with our team, after that we always do our work very well).

For me, “get nearly perfect score for our team presentation about leadership” is one of my positive experiences.

There are some techniques that our team used that accounted for this on our team. In fact, we have a great leader. Thank to him, we spent hours to build a perfect plan. Besides that, members on our team also knew that we must do and complete their work very well. And the most important is that we know a key of success: trust each other.

And “get a very small score for our group presentation about product law on math 217” is really the worst experience. It makes me sad when I remember about this experience. It is first time I collaborate with my group; members on our group must do something that we never do it before.  Thus we really stuck and do not know what we should do to solve this problem. We also do not trust each other. As a result, our presentation is very bad with a very low score.

 But we had a chance to do one again.

 The teacher gives our team a chance to fix our problem. Intermediately, we asked for some guides form our teacher. We also knew that we must trust to each other. In fact, we have created a strong relationship between members on our team. Thank to teacher, we can have a better presentation and a better score.
