My memo
My template is a traditionall wedding invitation letter
I think they have done quite a good job. The invitation includes the name of the bride , the groom , the day the time and the address, all the main things.
However, in my opinion, they should also include also the name of the parents( which is quite important)
and some formal ending like" your presentation is our pleasure, etc..."
And the date and time should be written in number to make it more clear
you do a good job. but i can see one wrong word here "traditional". Beside that, the template is like a form to help you write a letter and you should write the parent's names, the date and time by yourself. And i think your memo should be more clear more than that.

If phrase “they exchange marriage vows" is right, "they" may be the bride and the groom. Since the writer call this couple is "they", this couple cannot be the writers of this letter.
So who write this letter?
And what is the name of the bride and the groom?
"Together with their parents".Thus parents are not the senders.What is the parents' name?
And in your memo, I think you have some mistakes. In fact, we do not have any information about name of the bride, the groom, parents and the address of the event.
